GCT Semiconductor Appoints Ron Wilderink as Chief Financial Officer
May 21, 2003 - San Jose, CA - GCT Semiconductor, Inc., a leading provider of radio frequency (RF) integrated circuits for wireless devices, today announced the appointment of Ron Wilderink as Vice President of Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wilderink will lead the strategic and operational activities of the finance and administrative organizations of GCT.

Prior to joining GCT, Mr. Wilderink was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Conductus, Inc., a manufacturer of filter and amplifier systems for the wireless communications market. Prior to Conductus, he was Vice President and Corporate Controller of Oak Technology, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company providing solutions to the optical storage, digital imaging and digital home entertainment markets. His previous experience includes various positions in the finance organizations of Bell Microproducts, Inc., VMX, Inc. and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Mr. Wilderink holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from San Jose State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
